Im planning to upgrade my phone this month need some suggestions?? which one you think the best???

 It depends upon your need and primary factors deciding for the phone. If you want biggest screen (5.5inches and comfortable handling such a huge phone), specs(quadra core) go for Galaxy note II. If you want a colorful phone and good solid camera (low light performance) then buy Lumina920. If you are fine with 4 inches of screen size and already into apple eco system, go for Iphone 5. I ll suggest you to try all three phones at ATT store and figure out which phones is better suited for your requirement. Dont  listen to haters and fanboys. They are blinded with hate and fanboyism. For them thier fav is best in the world and others are shit. 

All three phones are good. Play with them at a store and decide for yourself. One thing that iOS (Apple) has advantage over others is the Appstore. Many vendors/developers/companies build apps for iOS devices before they build one for others. Apps are what make the experience better. Windows is somewhat weak in this section but getting better slowly. Android has apps but not as many and not as polished as iOS.

If you want to live in freedom then go for android
If you want to live in luxurious jail and later want to do "jailbreak" once you hate your prison life then go for iPhone
Finally, if your gf just ditched you and just want to have fun with sexy stuff with no brain then go for Nokia 920. Choice is ypur s my friend
