साना बालबालिका र कजेल पढ्नेहरुको आधा जिन्दगी चाउचाउ खाँदै वित्छ । पकाउन पनि सजिलो र खान पनि टेस्टी हुने भएकाले यसलाई ममी पनि खुस बच्चा पनि खुस भन्ने गरिन्छ । तर, स्वास्थ्यका लागि यो हानीकारक हुन्छ । चाउचाउ खाँदा तपाईको मेहनत र समय त बचाउँछ ।
 तर, भोजनको सट्टा चाउचाउ खाँदा माइग्रेन र ब्लड प्रेसरको समस्या देखापपर्छ । नुनको बढी मात्राले ब्लड प्रेसर बढाउँछ । यदि बालबालिका मान्दैनन भने चाउचाउमा धेरै मात्रमा सागसब्जी मिसाउने र घरका मसलामा बनाएर दिनु उपयुक्त हुन्छ ।
-चाउचाउको प्याकेजमा स्टायरोफोम हुन्छ, जसले क्यान्सर रोग ल्याउन एजेन्टको काम गर्छ ।
-धेरै चाउचाउ खोने महिलाहरुमा पछि मिसक्यारेज हुने सम्भावना बढी हुन्छ । किनकी चाउचाउमा बच्चाको विसासमा प्रतिकुल असर गर्न सक्छ ।
-चाउचाउ खाँदा पेटमा पनि समस्या आउँछ । यसले कब्जियत हुनुका साथै पेट ढुस्स हुन्छ । जसले निकै असहज बनाउँछ ।
-यसले मोटोपन बढाउँछ । यसमा भिटामिन, मिनरल्स र फाइबर हुँदैन भने कार्बोहाइड्रेड हुन्छ । यसमा हुने ट्रान्स फ्याट र स्याचुरेटेड फ्याटले मोटोपन बढाउँछ ।
-चाउचाउमा स्वाद दिन मोनोसोडियम ग्लूमेटको प्रयोग गरिन्छ । जसको साइड इफेक्टका रुपमा एजर्ली, माइग्रेन, टाउको दुखाई लगायतका समस्या आउँछ ।
-चाउचाउमा सोडियम धेरै हुन्छ । जसले ब्लड प्रेसर, मुटुको रोग र किड्नीमा समेत समस्या ल्याउँछ ।

Desi stores sell these chow chow thing 2 for 1 USD, I wonder if anyone buy it from your site.
Your price needs to be competitive. One more suggestion for you, instead of having your name as your website address, have something else like one will keep their name as "nepaligoods.com", "nepalistuffs.com", "nepalisnacks.com" etc and etc.
