Processing time: Total processing time 6-7 month. यानी कि USCIS लाई एप्पलाई गरे देखी आफ्नो देशमा भिसा नलगुन्जेल को टाईम ।


Uscis ले. अप्रुभ गरेको डेट मा भिसा "Current" छ भने एम्बेस्सी मा एप्प्लाई गरेर विसा पाउन्जेल को टाईम धेरैमा one। month. भनेपछी USCIS ले अप्रुभ गर्न लाई ५-६ month लगाउने भयो? यो calculation शाही हो? एदी हो भने ५-६ month सम्म F2 current नै हुन्छ? किन कि USCIS ले approve गरेको दिन लाई priority date भनिन्छ र त्यो डेट "current" छ भने मात्र तुरुन्त भिसा एप्पलाई गर्न सकिन्छ। नत्र फेरी retrogression मा पारीन्छ । त्एसैले अहिले current छ भनेर एप्पलाई गर्‍यो USCIS ले approve गरुन्जेल मा current भएन भने के गर्ने ?

 I-130 USCIS ले पाको दिनलाई priority date भनिन्छ जस्तो मलाई लाग्छ। I-130 अप्रुभ कति समयमा अप्रुभ हुन्छ भन्ने कुरा चाँही apply गरेको स्टेटमा भर पर्छ। टेक्ससबाट गरेको भए ६-७ महिना भित्रै हुन्छ। कलिफोर्नियाबाट चाँही जुग लाग्छ- १८ महिना भन्दा नि धेरै।

Applied in August 1, scheduled for biometrics on August 29th. Any idea in how long the f2a will be current?

Does that mean no matter the F2A remains no longer current or not in October, the ones who filed in August or September will still have the visa availability and will get green card in 4,5 months if everything goes smooth.

Generally they published october bulletin on september 13-14. So the October cut-off dates will be announced on the same date. That was quick budhobalak, when did you received the biometrics appointment? I also applied on august 1 but havent received anything other than the receipt for those case...

 I received my wife's biometric appointment today..:)

I recieved the biometric for my wife today. But arent both husband and wife supposed to do the biometric. We only got it for her I-485/765?? Confused!!

 Did you guys write postal code for address in Nepal?

Is it one biometrics appointment for all forms i.e. I-130, I-485 and I-765? I am asking because I didn't get a separate receipt for I-130. I only got a joint receipt for 485 and 765.
