Hey guys! I am considering Vastika Consultancy to join but I needed some reviews before I do that. Anyone please share you experience with them. Thank You!!

Let me ask you something first?
Why you considering Vastika over all other out there? There are hundreds, like Vastika on that WalNut Hill Ln.
Is it because they are Run By Nepali and everyone who works there are Nepali as well?

What Made you think that Vastika is right for you ? and whatever you wish to achive, Vastika will help you?..
Do not take me wrong on this? I justed wanted to see how you feel. I will answer all your concerns than. I was with Vastika for few years.

who are you with now stupida? would appreciate if you would recommend good consultancies in dallas area.

For me consultancy is just like necessary eveil. There is nothing good/bad about it. They are same all over the place.

I think you should focus more on who would get you the first job. That what really matters.
Vastika is same. But don't limit your options.

They are there to make money and you are there to work. As long as this relationship exist you both are good.

i guess its because of the fact that it is run by nepali and if they are offering the same services at the same price as indian consultancies then why not support a fellow Nepali?

They are same in all categories.
Pay might be $5000 up and down depending on how good of a bargain you do.

I have no complains aganist them. But the only thing I heard was their marketting was not good. But its been almost 2-3 years since I last worked with them. So cannot tell if they are correct.

I would go If I were you, Just be smart and make sure you work for yourself and they will do the same ;)

I would recommend to join other where you can bargain better in rates, sponsorship and other things of your interest rather than compromising that you are just working for some Nepali owner who is  no better than dhotis.

I am doing my marketing from vastika.
This is my second project with them. I recommend them, not because they are run by fellow nepalese, but because they have good marketing too. They privide proxies too and online support too which is very important for new comers. I haven't seen others do the same, atleast not with techgene and pioneer tech which are on the same street as vastika. I got my first project in 2 weeks and the second one in a month. It all depends on what time of year you are applying too. If u r applying at the end of year, you won't get as many calls as other times of year because many companies donot hire at the end of the year. Just my experiences, check it out for yourself if you are in dallas. There is nothing to lose! I would recommend from my exprriences !
