There is no such a thing called good consultancy except vendors of direct clients. All make you fake resume and make you go to the client. If you survive, it's purely your effort. I suggest you if you have green-card or citizenship than look junior positions in the Monstor or dice. It's not worth risking your life if you have paper, if you do not have than look for consultancy.

In San Franscisco area, Agama is good. It's in Fremont. They have good training for Salesforce. Sales Force had good market 2 years ago, i do not know now.
In Irving, Techchamp was good but recently Fed. raided them i think. So try to stay away from Indian/ Nepali consultancies in Irving area.
