Did you try NYC's Infoserve Technologies Institute? I guess they also give CPTs but heard they are stricter in terms of hours worked or something like that..

Infoserve will not give CPT from day 1. If you push it hard they will give CPT in a month. But this CPT is only good for 20 hrs a week. You need to talk to your employer to bill only 20 hours per week but double the rate.
