I am trying to file STEM extension. My school states that the I-765 form has to have a barcode at the bottom left of the print out, but I am not being able to find any on the USCIS website or any other forums. Does anyone have any idea about the barcoded- I765 form?

u can file i 765 electronically nowadays so u don't have to worry about nothing . If u want to file manually then u can call USCIS and order form i 765 in mail for free and it doesn't take more than 5 business days to arrive at ur home

Hey Punter, thanks for the info. I could fill up the form electronically, however, its for extension so the documents needs to go through the college I attended during Undergrad (I guess). My worry is about the I-765 printout not having barcode as stated in the instruction from my previous college ISO. Any suggestions on it? Thanks in advance.

Fill your form online using a new adobe software; It should automatically put a barcode at the end of the page. Make sure yiu use the laser printer!

Srv bro, U will see barcode in form i 765 only after u print it, u can't see in ur computer screen , u will see it in the printed paper, so u just print ur final form u will see barcode at the end of every page...
