They were even creating dummy workers and getting salary of workers who do not exist. So now lot of big companies send their internal people to check on site if the person is there in real working for the company or not. Indians are not even sparing americans. If you are getting $50 the consulting companies get more than $100 per hour. I don't know about indian consulting companies. But consultancy run by americans provide you insurance, 401k, holiday pay, and vacation and all facilities like permanent employees get.
