Anup bro, "Choila" bhaneko masu lai "Chui" "Chui"(i.e direct aago ma polne) garera banaune haina ra bhanya? bhuteko masu lai pani choila bhancha ra bhanya? I have seen lot of people frying chicken and called it choyla. Choyla has two part Choya=cook meat directly in the fire until it turns dark. It's not grilled meat btw. LA=meat so ChoyaLA=Choya+LA. That's the choyala I have eaten in Kathmandu not like yours.

Sajhamitra, Ma yo nai exact way to make choila ta bhandina. Choila banaune tarika dherai huncha, kosaile masu lai boil garera pakauchan, kosaile fry garera ra kosaile aago ma polera. As far as I know aago ma polne masu lai haku choila bhancha kina ki tyo masu bahira bata ali kalo (haku) huncha. Raanga (buffalo) ko masu lai lamo gari kaatera gham ma sukaera (teslai suku laa bhanchan) ani fry garera tesko pani choila banauchan. Tesaile yo just one of the way to make ho bro. Yesari pani khaera hernus mitho huncha :) Time ra manche anusar banaune ra taste farak huncha.
