Hello friends,
I am working here in US and I have high paid job. I want to call my brother to visit here but I did not see any way to enter US. I have seen couple of people who came here in US to take part in any form of seminar . Do you guys know any seminar or such function on which I can call him? I can sponsor him but the problem is I am not finding a way to call him.
In addition, My parents have visa stamped a year back but they haven't been here yet. Would it be possible to try for visa for my brother saying he wanna come with parents as they cant speak English?
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. :)

Is this supposed to be a trick question? Have him apply for a tourist visa.

do you have GC/Citizenship? If yes try for visit visa otherwise getting a tourist visa seems difficult as I have seen couple of cases. Wait for some more posts as some folks might have come in the same way.

Your brother will need to meet two conditions to get his visa :

1. Prove that he doesn't have an intent of staying in the US permanently. His degree and professional background might play a key role in this.

2. Show documents that'll support his claims of being able to finance his visit. You said you already have a high paying job so this shouldn't really be a concern.

I do have H1B. He had already completed his masters. One of my friends brother had also tried for tourist visa who was rejected 3 month back so do not want to take risk. Rather wanna call him in any seminar or workshop.
Also, though he has intent of returning back, it completely depends on counselor I think.

Are you worry about your job? No one is interested in your job and it is yours.

Why are you bringing your brother to the US, to visit? then go for visitor visa..are you looking for loop holes and want people to show you on a public forum so they can get in trouble?

Happy_Person,
There are no specific easiest way to get US visa, it is always 50/50 chance.Your brother does not get visa unless he apply, there is always a risk of not getting visa stamped on every category. We have to be prepared to convince consular that we have no intention to stay in the USA. For Nepalese most popular are visitor and student visa. Since your brother already has MS and wanted to be here other than student visa ( since you have good financial support for him, there is more chance of getting F1). Or if he wants to be here soon or does not want to go to school, applying for visitor visa does not sound bad too. As everyone suggested above he has to prove that he has strong ties back home. What I heard was if some one has traveled overseas there is more chance of getting US visa. If I were you I would ask him to visit some places like Singapore or at least some tourist destinations.
Other than that everything depends on luck and mood of consular. Best of luck !

Hope it helps.

Yes, there are many seminars and conventions going around in every States.

Find out a non-profit educational  organization in your States, they do lots of conventions.

My fufu ko chora works at the bank, but can draw arts on Nepalese paper. And he is coming here.

I found last month that there is a 3-day Japanese animation convention in  Virginia. I contacted them,

showed all works of fufu ko chora, gave introduction of Nepal, bla bla, and it would be a great honor for

him to attend this kind of convention from non-profit educational organization, and they wrote a invitation

letter for my fufu ko chora. Thats it. I took responsibility of his staying in US. He got visa. He is coming on

October 15th for October 30-Nov 1, 2015 Anime USA convention.

Hope it helps.
