Hello, I am currently in F1 status. My asylum was denied and never sent to immigration court. I had maintained my F1 status throughout the asylum process.

I am having difficulty understanding: question 27 (your current immigration status)

Question: Are you now or were you ever in immigration proceedings? What do i say (Yes/No)

If I say yes, the following options (exclusion/removal/rescission) dont apply to me.
PLZ HELP?
THANK YOU.

I have the same situation I am currently in F1 status. My asylum was denied though by mistakenly they put me as out of status they send me deportation letter then I have to go court and prove that I am still maintaining F1 ..so court approve that I am F1
Question: Are you now or were you ever in immigration proceedings? What do i say (Yes/No)
If I say yes, the following options (exclusion/removal/rescission) dont apply to me.
What Should I choose?....any info will be helpful. Thank you

@satrianic
"I was wondering if we can go back to Nepal using Advance parole or go to India and then Nepal."

If your Asylum was denied and you have been maintaining your F1 status then Why do you scared to go to Nepal. You can go anywhere with out worry.

Have fun

@mimroramero....thanks for your suggestion but
i was concerned that when i return back to US with advance parole they might ask some question regarding my old asylum application and my visit to Nepal. Is there anyone who is planning to do so after TPS, please anymore suggestion is helpful.
