I am now in b1/b2 visa and thinking of going to high school 12th grade. What will happen after TPS expires ? Can I go to college ? Which status will I be in aftet Tps expires ?

If your are in California, and you get to finish high school within TPS timiframe. You can always go to College ( also In state tuition), no matter your immigration status.
