@ujyalo friend, since you mentioned that you have been in medication already so, I guess, merely suggesting to go to a psychiatrist won't help because you seemed to have tried that already. Besides continuing to take the professional help and doing what some of our friends, here, have suggested, please do not lose hope. Let's be positive and I am sure you will find love and help if you seek. Please ask.

I also often go to Quora and Reddits to interact and read because I do not myself have many friends where I live and these sites have indulged me in positive ways (or so I think) as I do not currently have a Facebook account, though. Probably, I interpreted Facebook as 'my life is better than yours' so I tuned out.

Dude, you need to refocus what is ur priority in your life. Maintain a schedule which will include your work, exercise time, time for yourself to relax and whatever things you are involved with. U need to take things in positive way. There is a good documentary about "law of attraction" in youtube. Highly recommended for you. You need friends all the time especially in foreign countries. So hangout more and always stay positive my friend. It might take some time for you to realize but keep on working towards your goal. Everybody does!!! Good luck!!
