you can use packing peanuts or bubble wrap, which you can get in office depot and walmart. also may be in fedex or ups.

Thank you bhustigrekodai, but I am not looking that for packing . I need that white form for framing some items like medals, Cups etc (lit bit complicated) :)

It's called styrofoam and you can buy different sizes, colors, and some even with patterns (used for ceilings in office buildings) at home depot for really cheap. Search for rigid insulation, styrofoam, etc
