I'm from Yemen my country designted for tps 1 month
ago I sent the two forms i-821 and I-765 without 2 pp photos attached with them.is that ok?
this my first time applying for tps and ead
my status is b-2 visa overstay

First, I want to welcome you to our community site.

In my case, I sent 2 copies of PP photos along with those two forms. However, I got my EAD card with the pic that was taken during my biometric appointment.
Some of the folks in this site mentioned that they applied their TPS without PP photos and got their TPS and EAD approved.
Being said that, you should be fine.

my 2 cents:

they will probably send your package back and you will have to send the entire package with everything again.

You don't need to send photos, they will take your photos when you go for your biometric.
