Suggestion Needed!!! I am an F2 dependent and came to USA with my husband. I applied for undergraduate course at the same university and was accepted. I applied for a Change of Status. Due to a missing document, they sent for RFE. I completed the request and waited until the last day of enrollment at university but there was no response. I talked with the DSO and deferred my admission to another term. During this time, we called USCIS to amend COS and they suggested to send new I20 with updated dates. It took some time for the new I20 issuance from school. Meanwhile, i changed my mind and thought to apply for TPS and prepared a packet and sent it. Also I called USICS to know the procedure to withdraw the COS application. Before I could send the withdrawal letter or the amendment letter, USCIS approved my case just after 3 days i called them for withdrawal. Now that I am not in school and my case approved, what does that make me? Out of Status? I need suggestions! Thanks in advance.

Doesn't matter, you are in school or not, since your TPS case has been approved, for now you are in TPS status.
