I m writing this for a friend of mine. She asked me for an advice. Here's her situation.
She lives in Texas and has been in a relationship with a Nepali guy who lives in bay area, California. She said it's been going on for 2 years now. She met him in California when she was visiting her family relatives.
According to her, at first he told her that he was single and later after having close relationship with her, he told her that he s married with 2 children. They still meet secretly till today and he's been making excuses saying that he was having rocky relationship with his current wife and wants to move in with her (my friend) every time they meet. Now she is 3 months pregnant and things aren't working as he had promised to her.
What do you guys think ?
The only thing that she told me about this guy is that he works for Intel in California.

Exactlyt like oi_gaathe said. She was fool to continue relationship even after knowing he was married and had 2 kids...in this relationship she is the one who lost everything...and even that guy comes to her..can she live with a guilt of wrecking a house and making two children grow up without their father.....the guy is an ass-h0le but i have no sympathy for her either

Get a lawyer. Get him to take a paternity test. When the court is satisfied that it is his child, sue for child support.

Once case goes to court, his wife will find out and hopefully divorce him. He will lose his house to his wife and his income will go to all the child support and alimony payments. Revenge complete.

its too late now. very much irresponsible on her part too (he is obviously guilty ). ever heard of family planning ? this is 2015 and USA we are talking about.
having said that, its not end of life for her as it used to be in Nepal. this is USA. he is required to pay child support (seems like he makes good money). and its OK for many prospective husbands if she has a child provided she is a really nice girl. so first order of business is to tell him to make a decision. he has to choose between his wife and girlfriend. this has to be decided sooner or later. sooner the better. its already a messy situation, don't complicate it more. and no he cant have both, huncha ni nepal ma dera ma keti rakhne, gharwali and baharwali. this is USA. it wont work and will only make things worse. don't waste the wife's and GF's valuable time (age). if he decides now, they will have more time to find their true life partner.

I like the alimony idea. Thats a good idea. Free money. Ajhai dui char wota chora chori janmau aru intel guys sanga. ani get alimony from all others too. You dont have to work for life after that ;)

Guy is fucked up too...reminds me one of the guy i know..he was student and made an american girl pregnant..paid child support for 5-6 years..eventually couldn't afford it and went back to nepal

She needs to get an abortion and find another guy because the guy she s dating already has a wife.
I think that's the solution for everybody here.

she can move to California and sort out with his wife.

Your friend is in the same situation where hundreds of other nepali girls are. Guys are smart, girls are dumb. That's what it is.
I wonder how many other girls has this guy been sleeping with using the same trick.

I don't think any sensible person would kill a 3 month old baby living inside her, especially when it was not a rape. It seems it was purely consensual, it is different that things have not been as she had planned. She is not in Nepal, it is not the end of her life. She will find a good partner.

Don't worry it's not a big deal here in America. People have multi relations. Lots of woman has baby daddies. You will get child support and you don't even have to work as you can use that money for yourself.

She has been Americanized, now. then Act like American women. Don't let him move in, since he has his wife and children. Once she gives birth to a child, have him pay child support, if he denies, get paternity test and the court will make him pay. Find someone your way, and make no mistake like this again. I was pro abortion while in Nepal. Now here in USA i m anti-abortion. If u cant raise ur baby by urself , u can always give up for adoption. Atleast give him/her a chance for life. Abortion will haunt u for the rest of ur life.
