(१)    धारा १६ बमोजिम योग्यता पुगेको पत्रकारले तोकिए बमोजिम संस्थाकोे सदस्यताको निम्ति आवेदन दिन सक्नेछ ।

    (२)    उपदफा (१) बमोजिम प्राप्त आवेदनमाथि कार्यसमितिको बैठकले  सर्वसम्मत निर्णय गरी तोकिएबमोजिम सदस्यता शुल्क लिई सदस्यता दिन सक्नेछ ।

    (३)     विशिष्ट केन्द्रीय सदस्यका लागि केन्द्रीय समितिको सर्वसम्मतिले निर्णय गर्नुपर्नेछ ।

Process of proving the membership and membership fees:

1. According to Section 16, all the qualified journalists can apply for the memership of the organization.

2. According to Sub-section 1, the meeting of the working committee can decide upon the membership fees.

3. For the special committee membership, the central committee must decide with absolute majority.
