I have a quick question on this - why do you think professionally or career wise, BA and QA sucks?
I am trying to understand the intricacies of BA professional life.
So what is the maximum a BA or QA could earn, say, directly working for the Employer or through direct vendor in 3 or 4 years time? (this question because I understand desi recruiters will give very less to the fresh opt BA / QA or fake profilers who merely have gc/citizenship).
Another question is, how likely am I going to switch to a technical field, say SQL developer, after being BA for 4-5 years?
Also, honestly please provide your opinion on whether you have seen, on average, smart BAs or QAs at work. Just wanted to take some feedback. In my own world, I am an aspiring BA. The one thing that I struggle a lot is to be Professionally Advance communicator. I am not talking about just plain old English. Say, when speaking in a meeting where Directors and Senior Sponsors are present, I have seen (including myself), ESL BAs fumble a lot. I don't see succinct and precise oratory skills. English not being first language doesn't help but not having in-depth knowledge of system and architecture doesn't help either. How do I work my way up from here?
