i got offer from my job for a fulltime position.
and they are asking for pay stub from my previous employer. But my pay stub was from my cosultancy and not from my previous company. And i had already put my previous company as my previous employer.

--previous pay stub - consultancy
previous company- xxx
current company wants previous pay stub from previous company.--

What should I do? Should I simply send the pay stub which is from my consultancy?or shuld i do somehting else? Some of you all are desh khaera sesh bhaeka haru.so, Please give me some advice.

Thanks,

koi desh khaera sesh bhaeko chhaina bhatiji... keti le sodhne prasna gareko le bhatiji bhaneko hai... nothing serious ni

You can simply say that your previous employer was a bla bla bla company (your consultancy) but you worked as a contractor to your client because your company was an IT company which would take projects across the US and send its employee (you) to those projects.
It is absolutely acceptable that you worked as a contractor.

Cheers!!!
