if any of you guys has filed TPS while asylum application is pending, you might have to wait extra 2-4 months for interview to be schedeuled. The 2-4 months is after your 2 years clock is completed. I went to SF asylum office this morning for general inquiry. My file was requested by Tps processing center and thus my asylum case is delayed. She requested the file back, and according to her it will take 2-3 months, at least, and then interview will be scheduled

This is why I was saying dont file TPS if you are pending asylum. Bekar ko jhanjhat bhayo.
Tps is just temporary status , lamo time ko solution haina. Saranarthi maa dhilo chado hucnha hucnha.

This is what I shared before. But few sajha friends told me 'hawa'. As per my attorney, if you file TPS when you have pending asylum, you pending asylum will go on hold. And any interview dates if you have already scheduled will also be cancelled and it will be rescheduled again.
As per the attorney, you cannot have two immigration benefits at the same time, TPS and Asylum are both immigration benefits to a non-resident aliens.

Do not know how long it takes to get the interview rescheduled, but my attorney stated that you will come to the long queue, and maybe your interview date will be also pending.

Note: All the above information is from an experienced Immigration Attorney. I am just passing it here. I also have a pending asylum and I was strictly told not to file TPS if I want my asylum case to have the interview. My interview was already scheduled when this TPS came into picture.

Nepali khaate lawyer haru le paisa lina ko lagi pending asylee haru lai TPS bharayechan. Keke sunaayera aaba sab le dukha paaune bhaye.

Afno ta court ma cha..TPS apply garera case administratively close garera AP liyera india jani plan cha.....Has anyone done so? If yes, was it successful and what did they ask at POE?

mero ta 2 years katera interview aayeko cancel bhayera 3 mahina pani katisakyo,reschedule bhako chaina.
saala harule TPS ko decision nabhaye samma file back garla jasto lagdaina.
Any update about your case after that? did they reschedule your interview?
