Hey guys, Could you help me to figure out how to make an appointment with Ombudsman. I see infopass, e-request, is there any different between them? OR I should simply call on this number "call the USCIS National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283" and ask to make an appointment. Please let me know anything and this is for TPS. Thanks,

Guys please tell me how to make an appointment using infopass and with congressman? I tried to make an appointment using INFOPASS but the options don't match: I applied TPS more than 5 months ago and EAD, one and a half month ago. So, I am not sure what to do. Please let me know. This is really sad, my expedite request also didn't go through now I have to look for all the options I have :(...
