३ करोड नेपालीले सर्बोच्च अदालतको म्याद बारे जानकारी पाए , यहाँले पाउनु भो?

अली कती पनि नैतिकता बाकी छ भने सर्बोच्चको म्याद पटक पटक जारी भएको र म काम बिशेषले हाल क्यानाडा र अमेरिकामा रहेको हुँदा नेपाल फर्किने बित्तिकै उपस्थित हुनेछु भन्नुस्!

THE STORY

Mr. Lok Man Singh Karki is the Chief of Commission on Investigation of Abuse of Authority in Nepal and is currently wanted by the Supreme Court of Nepal for a trail regarding his unconstitutional appointment, repeated abuse of authority and Contempt of Court.

Mr. Karki visited Canada for an Anti-Corruption Conference and then entered the United States. Although the social media is flooded with news regarding repeated failed attempts to summon him for a trial of a reopened Case at the Supreme Court of Nepal, Mr. Karki has himself and through his influence refused to accept the legal notice and threatening Supreme Court Staff to post the notice at his premises in the capital city. After 3rd attempt and disappearance of 2 paper servers, the Trial Notice has NOT been posted at ANY OF HIS BUNGLOWS.

What Mr. Karki is involved in is a sheer disrespect for the Rule of Law, disregards and disrespect to the Rule of Law and operating a parallel government. Before reinstatement of democracy in 2006, Mr. Karki was found guilty of oppression, persecution of civilians by a Constitutional Commission.

As such it is extremely important to extradite Mr. Karki to uphold the Rule of Law and to institutionalize Democracy, Law and Order and People's will.

Furthermore, it is extremely important that US and Canada, not allow such gross Human Rights Violators, Perpetrators, International War Criminals and help restore people's faith in democracy and rule of law.

अमेरिकामा रहेका भनिएका अख्तियार दुरुपयोग अनुसन्धान आयोगका प्रमुख आयुक्त लोकमानसिंह कार्की एक सातादेखि दुबईको शेख जायद रोडस्थित बिनथानी होटलमा रहेको स्रोतलाई उद्धृत गर्दै इकान्तिपुरले दावी गरेको छ ।

कार्की भोली नै नेपाल फिर्ता हुने तालिका रहेको तर कुन विमानबाट कति बजे नेपाल फर्किने भन्ने बारे भने कुनै सूचना नभएको इकान्तिपुरमा समाचार छ । श्रोतको हवाला दिइएपनि श्रोत कस्तो हो र के हो भन्नेबारे खुलाइएको छैन ।

कार्कीले दुबईमा रहदा दुबई मल पनि घुम्न गएको त्यहाँ कार्यरत नेपालीहरुले देखेको दाबी गरेका छन् ।

चार दिनको कार्यक्रमका लागि १० दिनको बिदा लिएर घटस्थापना अघि क्यानडा गएका कार्की हालसम्म देश बाहिर नै रहेका छन् । उनले राष्ट्रपति समक्ष थप १० दिनका लागि बिदा थप्न निवेदन दिएका थिए ।

यसैबीच सर्वोच्च अदालतको टोलीले कार्कीको घरमा उनको योग्यतासम्बन्धी फैसलाको पुनरावलोकन गर्ने आदेशको म्याद तामेल गरेको छ । दसैंअघि नै म्याद तामेल गर्न खोजे पनि पटक–पटकको अवरोध खेपेको सर्वोच्चको टोलीले काठमाडौं महानगरपालिका वडा नं १० का सचिव सरिता राईको रोहबरमा मंगलबार दिउसो कार्कीको घरमा म्याद तामेल गरेको हो ।
