At my work I saw a Nepali surname and the first name was Hricha. It was for ऋचा. it's my bad could not translate roman Nepali properly. Hope you will find one which one is easy to pronounce as it full fills your criteria.

don't name your children that start with letter A. Instead of saying अ / आ they pronounce it as A like A-mit for अमित. nowadays every other Nepalese children's name start with A for girl or boy. like parents don't have time to search for names beyond letter a.
