Dear friends,

I am applying AOS, I485 for my spouse and I need some information. Any suggestion and information are very appreciated.

Here are my couple of questions:
1. The priority date on my I130 is March 30th, 2016. Current Dates for Filing date is April 08, 2016. Does it mean that I can apply for AOS. Am I supposed to file AOS based on the Final Action date or Dates of Filing?

2. In the new I485 form, I need to enter alien number in each page. Is that alien number mine (Petitioner's) or my spouse (Beneficiary)?

you cannot apply for aos until your PD is current. in case of AOS, it should be current in chart B which is stuck in april 08. hopefully its gonna move forward in upcoming bulletin. but since your pd is march '16 you can apply! 
it clearly says in the form 485 "information about you (person applying for LPR)". so it should be the beneficiary

sanjaya, is your i 130 already approved? in the approval notice did you get something like "he or she may not be able to file AOS"?

when did you file you AOS. What was the status of your wife when you filed you I485 if you have already filed you application?

is there any one who is doing AOS while they are in only TPS? can i do AOS while i am only in TPS?
