Hello All,

I have few questions regarding H1B stamping and client letter. Please help me with my issue.

Little bit background: My contract with one of the companies just ended. I am full time with the employer not the client. My educational background and job duties are directly related. However, my project just ended and my H1B was filed while I was active on a project and my H1B is already approved. I am going to Nepal for H1B stamping. My questions below;

1. Do the visa consulate ask me for the client letter?
2. How do I tackle this situation if they ask for my client letter?
3. Is there any extra document that can be provided to avoid this situation?
4. Can I provide a new client letter (Once I get another project) to the consulate while I am in Nepal?
5. Do I need to fill a new DS 160?

Thank you!

Get a new project. Re-adjust your h1. Then go to Nepal. Or try to get a letter from your company saying you work in a internal project.
