I am currently on TPS and it is going to expire next year. My spouse filed for my I-130 and it has been 2 months roughly. California Service Center is handling my case. According to their calculation it takes right around 15-19 months to get the I-130 approved. Looking at the timeline I barely have enough time to make it or it could take longer that anticipated. Has anybody been through or in the same boat as i am?

@hunter bro timi mujee syal hijo ko bachha bhayera kina thula kura garchau. San dai lai sodha hami mujee kati puranu kheladi ho bhanera. Hamilai tha chha respect kasari dine ho bhanera. Ma sabai nepali ko saman respect garchu. Timiharu jharpat le garda sajha ma aauna man na lagya. NAS dai le bhanya sahi ho. Karma gara fal ko aasa na gara.
