Namaste,
I need a serious help regarding mental illness and process of green card filing.
To put the story short, one of my friend was suffering from depression (bipolar disorder) while doing post doc and now recovering well with medication. He was admitted to emergency hospital once, behavior were non violent. Now, he is applying GC EB2 category. What is his chance of getting GC. Also, what is his chance of getting family based GC (via H4) in future if the previous option could not work out?
Thank you.
Please serious response and suggestion only. Immegration layer here? Welcome your response and please provide your contact info.
