Hello everyone , Me my husband are planning to go to Nepal this dashain . I have a conditional green with his last name added to mine and passport with my maiden name only. do i buy a ticket in my maiden name ? Will there be any problem in nepal TSA when returning to USA. please suggest . P.S we got married here in united states . thank you .

Correct. Buy ticket with the name in the passport. Carry your conditional green card, and good to carry marriage certificate or relationship verification documents too, in case if you need to convince at POE. That is how you can say that the name in the passport is your maiden name, and you married, and changed the surname.

If you have some time, you can add "amendment" on your passport. Nepal embassy will add a text indicating your marriage and change of last name in the "Amendments" page of your current passport. Not sure whether new MRP passports have that page anymore. Old passports used to have a page with a title "Amendments" before visa pages. Please call Nepal embassy once. Have a happy dashain!
