There is no best consultant to train you in IT field. You should be willing to learn.
If you already have green card and are willing to move place to place every 3 months or 6 months there are plentiful consultancies that can hook you up with their client by bumping your resume. This path is more difficult for F1 opt. And I am totally against this.
On the positive and honest side you can rather study yourself or find a team who is will to take you in. I suggest giving yourself 6-10 hours a day for about a month just to get over the concepts of for-loop and if-else. You should get a basic idea by then.
To boost your skill up, I then suggest reading books that bind mathematical algorithms with real world problem (like economic, biology, chemistry, physics , etc.). This is going to be the most difficult part, but it takes patience to earn a good skill (2 years average). And the market is ready to take you in without judging you.
I suggest starting with basic awk, SQL and python.
