3 to 6 months if all goes smooth. Remember, 30% of the applications are audited randomly for QA purposes so there is that. Good luck.

3-4 months for decision after filing with DOL, but remember it can take another 3-4 months prior to filing (advertisement, 2 months job open in state DOL, interview if needed).
