Namaste,
So I applied asylum few years back and I got interview when I met my husband and was engaged and just about to get married in couple a month . My husband suggest to withdraw asylums ans file a adjustment of status through him . So I withdraw my asylum and filed for adjustment of status after few month. ( and I had a tps when I applied for adjustment if status even though I withdrew my asylum ) now we both want to go Nepal and get married there because I just received a conditional green card through him. Iam scared that because of my prior asylum case , there will be some complicated when I try to re enter U.S.A. please advise if anyone was in similar situation or know about similar situation .
Thank you
Happy dashain
(I dont have a nagarita to go through India. I lost mine few years back . )

All good, as far as USCIS cares, you have a valid legal status here from marriage. They would not give you a green card if the asylum case had any effect. Have fun, get married.

depends upon ur luck, but pretty scary, for an investigating officer u look like ur an status hungry, any how u want to stick in usa, u filed assylm, then u went tps , n then u married a citizen, what it seems u married a gy jus for green card, which is a violation of contract, it can give them enough space to put in trouble while ur green card is conditional, i have seen a guy changing status from assylum to gc having hard time while reentering, i think he is still struggling in nepal, though he didnt have tps....so it solely depends upon ur luck, what kind of investigating officer u meet in entry point.. if i was you i wouldn't have risk myself with so many red flags

For USCIS, you withdrew asylum application and traveled to Nepal because you do not feel your life is at risk anymore. So there is no issue at all. USCIS understands that you feel no future prosecution in Nepal. that is all. Nothing to worry at all.
TPS was granted by USCIS so again no issue at all for you.
You got conditional green card, again, USCIS provided you that. So no issue for you at all.
Just travel, do not worry at all. Nothing is going to happen to you. You can surely return to the US without any hassle.
People who were illegal for several years, who had entered USA illegally, once had TPS, traveled to Nepal with AP and came back without any issue. Your case is way way different and strong where you did everything legally. So no need to worry. Best of luck for your travel and congratulations for your upcoming marriage.

nobody can answer u correctly unless u get through it by yourself..but yes you have some red flags, for me, without knowing you, without being bias, i can make an assumption that u married that guy to get a green card, this is how i look, so will be the impression of official when looking at your USCIS database at a glance,

as u might ve aware that condition green card is bit unbreakable and can be revoked easily, good idea wil b wait for some time..also u have to analysis the fact that what u gonna do if u stuck in Nepal for at least 2 years?? hows u guys gonna mention ur relationship, will he gonna wait for u until then.. so many things has to be taken care of.. also is it justifiable to make him wait for infinity years until u come back n settle..
these r some worst scenario that might happen in ur case

"without knowing you, without being bias, i can make an assumption that u married that guy to get a green card" THIS IS EXACTLY WHAT BEING BIASED MEANS.
You guys, the conditions exist for you to prove that you will still be married for two years.
There is no reason to put doubts when she has followed all the rules, and has maintained status. This allowed her to adjust her status. USCIS definitely thinks she did, she has the GC.
