I am naturalized US citizen and my dad came here as visitor but now in TPS with EAD card.
I am willing to file for his green card, so my question is can I file I-130 and I-485 together? Also, when we can file for EAD card? Affidavit support (I-864) goes with which form?
If someone has detail information, please help. I just need which form to file when? TIA
