physical therapist can be much more expensive to study than Information technology. but PTs is 100 percent job guaranteed. anywhere any time.. it has a steady income ranging from 85k to 100 k max not more than that, where as IT is a vast field, technology changes every year or even month u have to keep updated, certain job in IT can give u more pay than PTs but drawbacks most jobs in IT are not permanent, u work as a consultant for few years or few months n then be unemployed for months.main drawback of information technology is job is not guaranteed u have to move where u get job whereas for physical therapy u get job almost everywhere. in my opinion IT is not good until ur a hardcore programmer. but if ur a good programmer it might give u more money than pts... bottom line physical therapy job is relaxing stable but never pay u more than 100k where as few it job pay u more like around 150 k, but its only top 10% , 90% percent it guy suffer of job inconsistency
