I received my employment based I-485 interview for end of Feb. Has anyone recently gone through the interview process. Would be a great help if you can share your experiences here.

Congrats aspal. my one of my friend had interview 1.5 months ago. Officer asked him marriage prof for wife, his immigration doc, i 20, h1b . Asked him where he was working ect. Oficer approved immediately after interview.he got his GC after 3 weeks delivered at home.

Can you share your timeline for your i485 process?
When did u apply to uscis for i485?
when was fingerprint done?
when did u get EAD?
when did you get interview date?

@aspal, How long did it take for them to schedule the interview after the status changed to "We will schedule your interview and send you a notice"? Mine has almost been about 3 months since the status changed and still waiting for the interview.

Can you also mention which field office?

Any october filers for MSC here, mero received date october 26 cha. Fingerprint chai bhayo tara no updates on interview or EAD. Anyone had luck ?

mero OCT 8 submitted, Nov 8 finger print completed , no update then, TSC center, waiting for EAD and interview.....

TSC so your receipts starts with MSC or SRC ?
mine was also submitted to TSC but I got receipts with MSC from NBC.

I thought MSC's are all from NBC

MSC Missouri=NBC
TSC Texas=SRC Southern

Biometric: 9/16
Transferred to NBC: 10/11
EAD/AP card: 10/16
Case transferred to field office: forgot this date
Ready to schedule interview: 10/31

June 22nd ma 485 file garya thiye- ekmahina ma fingerprint notice ayo. Finger print deko 5 mahina ma EAD ayo ra EAD ayeko 1 mahina Interview notice.

@Asphal, I gave my 485 interview last year. Interview was very smooth, it was more like verification from 485 form like do you still live in this address, are you still employed by this employer and all yes/no questions. She asked some proof that I'm still employed (I gave few pay stub as proof) and that was it. At the end she said she will approve my case and I'm Permanent Resident of US as of now. Hope this helps.
