Hello Satthi Haru,
Here is the story,
Ram is here in the USA before Earthquake shook the whole nation. He was in different status so at that time when TPS was granted he never applied. Now his other status is ending around the same time as TPS is ending. He wants to apply TPS for the first time. According to USCIS as long as you can show good cause you can still Apply.
Q1. Can someone chime in with any of the late registration or 2nd registration period issues and difficulties?
Q2. Documents Needed. : Are this document sufficient and correct.
a. Form I-821, Application for Temporary Protected Status
b. Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization.
c. Evidence of Nationality (Passport old and new photocopy)
d. Form I-94, Arrival-Departure Record.
e. Evidence of Continuous Residence since {date} and Physical Presence since {date}
(Confused: Do you just need one any sort of monthly bill and which date either before an earthquake or after) If one doesn't have a lease signed up and pays monthly rent.
f. Good cause Late Registration Letter.
g.Two passport size photos
h. Copy of current EAD.

b) Form I -821: I am confused saw ((($50 initial + $85 biometrics fee, re-registration $0))
Form G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance
Q3. What Am I missing?
Should I apply I-821 TPS and EAD at the same time or should I wait for TPS to approve And then apply EAD card.
I was thinking of taking a risk its a gample of $410 but bcoz of processing time I will be little safe if approved.
Can you guys please help me by chiming IN.
Appreciate any help.
