The public charge law has been sued in court by two carlifornia counties following with other blue states counties so if you are worried about this problem relax , looks like it will go in court and definitely lose even before it becomes law . Good immigration lawyer thought “ US constitution cannot discriminate people regarding their social status “ so this is just election agenda which will def loose in court , do not worry about giving up yr benifits , the 1999 public charge law shall continue
