Thanks, @Nash24,@butternut & @nepalsahicha squash bro, This dude has a clean record. Never been out of Status.
would you mind sharing some details or shedding a light on how to apply for advance parole in case of an emergency? Currently, he has also no plan to fly until the end of TPS but he was reluctant bcoz if some sort of Emergency happens back home. Then what are his options?
IF In case of Emergency :
I believe the documents he needed at that time would form I-131 and one cheque of $
1. complete and file Form I-131, Application for Travel Document.
2. Have a specific or emergent reason to travel abroad Letter
3. The filing fee for a Reentry Permit is $575
4. Two passport Size Photo
5. TPS approval Notice.
Otherwise, it's better to wait until extension.
Where to File: Can someone provide details on this ??
