Namaste Sajha Mitra Haru,
Just a quick favor to ask for one of the friends who shared his story through email thought of posting to UNH Facebook but would love to get some insight from folks in a similar boat in sajha before putting the story out in Facebook UNH group.
A consultant who is willing to Change Employer (Consultancy),
Bcoz of looping around in filling immigration paperwork & less reluctant because of past visa door status. In the past 5 years, the consultancy had not a single green card success story. Forget about the success story, none of the candidates was even filed according to visa door, permcheckr, trackit. There is one denial green card candidate and 30 H-1b Candidates according to Visadoor. But if you look into H-1b status there are almost 30-35 Consultants. So basically the employer has no interest in filling but milking the cow. The candidate has been milked for the past two years and now because of this reason, looking for a reasonable way to
switch. My friend hasn't told me the name of consultancy otherwise I have no issue putting a name over here to create awareness among new folks who will fall in the trap.
Looking for suggestions and recommendations so that I can help his life get better. I know most of the Consultancy would love to milk the candidate as long as they can. It should work in both ways, but in this case, he has been saying for quite a long time.
Looking for genuine help. To all the consultants out there we know you are profiting "bigly". Although knowing the facts we are still willing to give a lot for one thing. and If you couldn't help in the process then I beg you to stop ripping and playing with another ppl life. You will make some decent money from someone's life but let me guarantee u won't be happy ripping and playing someone else life. I know people love to pull legs but in this case, the consultancy is just swallowing him.
Details will be shared in the future as things move along. But at this time looking for some genuine help out for this person(guy/girl) Somewhere in the US.
