I am traveling to New York from Florida to EWR airport on 18 March. Are they requiring to quarantine for 3 days mandatory in New York ?? Thank you

No. It is an honor system. They will ask you to fill a form will name and address and ask your to quarantine. But it’s not enforced. I last travelled during December. May have changed, become even more lax.
