There was typo on my green card and had to submit for correction. In the mean time i had to travel to nepal due to super emergency and i left without any documents. Now i have to come back to US and don't know what is the process. Did some research and seems like i have to file i131a but how do i submit this form to us embassy in Kathmandu.
