Although we all know he is not the only one, I am glad to see him brought to the justice. Not only just the ghushkori, all those who got benefits out of the ghushkhor money knowingly, be it sons and daughters, wife or wives, relatives, chamchas, et al, they also must be made to pay back the money.
There are those still lurking in free air who have minted money out of ghush and still make a nice public face since they are not caught by the short arm of the law.
I hope no one here writing has anything to do with any caught or uncaught ghushkori to this day. If not, please speak up. Obviously, these ghooshkhoris do not believe that someone is looking them from the top, but instead they feel someone from Up is giving them "chhappar farke". They actually deserve "khappar farke" since they are snatching the money away from poor women and children...
How does the government allow the ghuskhor to go to this level without monitoring while it is still in the beginning?

Court sentences Chaturbedi on graft case
The Special Court of Kathmandu on Friday has sentenced Ramagya Prasad Chaturbedi, former executive chairman of the state-owned Royal Nepal Airlines Corporation (RNAC) guilty of embezzlement and corruption and has delivered a sentence of two-year imprisonment to him.
The court has also slapped a fine of over Rs.19 million on Chaturbedi and ordered the confiscation of his property worth over Rs.10 million. The court verdict came in response to a case filed by the Commission for Investigation of Abuse of Authority (CIAA)?an anti-corruption watchdog.
The CIAA has maintained that Chaturbedi has deposited his ill-gotten money at various Nepali and Indian banks.
The Special court said that of over Rs. 20 million worth of property owned by Chaturbedi, he could furnish proof of only Rs. 6.7 million as having earned through legal sources. The Court said Chaturvedi had Rs. 10.11 million deposited at various banks in India and has ordered to confiscate them.
In a case filed in February last year, CIAA charged Chaturbedi of amassing nearly Rs. 69 million through illegal means while he held several public positions including managing director of the state-owned National Construction Company Nepal and Nepal Oil Corporation.
Reports earlier said Chaturbedi was a blue-eyed boy of various governments as he could `auction? lucrative posts from concerned ministers. nepalnews.com by Jan 23 05
