Can some kind soul please provide translation of the following prayer to Narayana? It's a "sanskrit sloka" which goes something like this. I might not have the words right and/or the stanza might not be complete.

mangalam vagawana vishnu
mangalam garuda dhwaja
mangalam pundarikakshya
mangalaya tanohari

Also, in what context is this prayer enunciated and how it is used?
