I watched San Miguel Cup tournament. I was in Nepal during SAF Games. I find Nepali players are fundamentally and technically sound than their South Asian counteparts except Bangladesh. The only thing Nepali players need to do is heading to Gym. Soccer is no more finnesse its speed and strength too. BTW talking about Nepali players diet its so pathetic. Well, what we can say in country where eating Wai Wai is becoming a cultural traits even in remote villages rather than eatiing locally available healthy and diet foods.

Lastly, Best of luck to Three Star team. I hope they lift Cup and prize money, which is neccessary for them to be in good financial position.

How come eating Wai Wai is good for u. Regarding Dal Bhat, what is bad with that? I think Dal which is beans is pretty good dietary supplement. Just have to look what we are missing. U do not have to gulp some vitamin tabs to get dietary suppliements. U can find in locally grown foods too. The only thing is u have to know what u have to eat. Just go to Golds gym, how they ask u what u are eating? they suggest different vegetables, fruits and beans. well regarding meat i cannot say anything the price of meat is skyrocketed. he he he he he he
