You wanna know why ? Cause people started posting crap to keep their thread at the top thats why. Like when Paramendra Bhagat tried to have people click on a link he had posted to gett hit on his own site so his sponser can give him $$$$.
when Maos, the rest of the political people, and the pro monarchy folks...all of them wanted the site to reflect their philosophy. The only reason we started having all these rules is because people started abusing their liberties. There was a point and time when you could post any picture or anything. BUt as all Bandars do ..they started monkeying around. THEFORE the rules had to implemented to safe guard the Nepali online society.
