I have an employer who wants to provide papers. After going through the instructions, it doesnot seem that the processing is hard. My employer is also not willing to provide contract aggreement w/ lawyer to process. So I am wondering if it is OK to ask office to do all process by self and i will work with them for processing I mean filling up applications, LCA I129 etc help on that. Will it be a wise decision? If yes and if anyone has done before self, what are the main things to pay attention for?

Make sure that you write legibly.
Leave the Not Applicable field blank.
You need NAICS code, net earnings of the company, the prevailing wage, the establishment year of the company; that's all I can think of. The wage that you receive muct be higher than the prevailing wage.
