One of my friend's sister just completed Nursing in Nepal and want to come USA to pursue Bachelor of Nursing. what is the chance of getting Visa if she get admission in community college ? Is it wise idea to sopnsor her (since I am her brothe's friend)? I mean does it affect negeatively for Visa ? If she goes to university, how long she has to be there before transferring to community college?

you need to contact the community college, get an I-20 form, once she gets her nursing degree recognised by the american colleges, she will have no problems getting a job and changing her statues. as you know american is in need of good qualified nurses. good luck. go talk to the community college counsellors.

I think it will be a little difficult to get a visa with I-20 from a community college. A state university is a better option.

And, besides, a community college does not offer bachelors degree, community colleges only offer associate degree.

What if I am a nurse in Nepal but complete my nursing degree from India from a very reputed nursing college. I have about six years of experiance in Nursing in diffrent area of nursing. What do I have to do get job in the US??

You can't take NCLEX exam , unless you are in US and either you need to complete Undergraduate in nursing from USA or pass CGFNS test. It is depend on which state you are in . But, you must take CGFNS before applying for job in US. you can check CGFNS web site, and find the exam schedule, I believe you can take this exam in India.
