GAGAN THAPA for President of Peoples Republic of Nepal

Sorry guys,

I don't find anyone capable to lead our nation and relief our people from current crisis from above mentioned name. I have a suggestion to make though...how about we form a selection committee and start taking applications from all the international bureaucrats to run Nepal in a fixed term. It is just an idea...may work.

BathroomCoffee interesting point , Let me tell you something , I could have claimed as knowing Gagan Thapa as a classmate and said anything about him, but I didnt do it coz What I was saying earlier is the reality. The reality.... everyone in TC knows, and by the way I am pretty impressed with his works these days.
My point of view was more related to him as a President. He just cannot be one.He is not the one.

I know gagan from TC and We even helped him to win first election in his life in Tri Chandra Collegege and later we made him secretery Of TC but he has been exposed to dirty politics of nepal and heavily involved in gundagardi politics of nepal. I admit that he talks good in front of masses but he is not capable of being good leader of nepal coz he belives in winning the election because of gundagardi. So friends don't bring this matter again saying Gagan will be the good leader. We nepali really need a good leader who can understand the real problem of nepal and ordinary neplease people. Gagan is like a old mom fcker politican of nepal. He can't do good to nepal. Bhasan dina sajilo chha tara kaam garna sajilo chha. For example go and see the man's room of Trichandra College we will know. Since the beginning all of those guys were talking about fixing the man's room of TC but still it is the same after 10 fcking year. What can you expect from these guys. Thay can only think about their self but not about nepal.

well you guys talk only that someone is good or bad and always wish that somebody good person should think about nepal and loktantra and etc. If anybody is coming out with the democratic view and intitution and especially from the younger generation who has the courage and guts to talk openly against the monarchy and was jailed accused of "rajdrohi" when these old bastards politicians were afraid of talking anything against monarchy. He was the first person to talk openly against the king and Repubclism except the maoist. why dont you support him. If you dont support then shut your mouth otherwise you come front and lead the nepal from your side. can you?

Exactly Belzibuth... I listened to Gagan's speech... I think that this guy can do something. Perhaps I may be unaware of his past..but I know this guy will do something. His skills and his education is pretty good.. with masters degree. Most of the politician has no education and has minimal debating or public speaking skills. To be a good leader.. not only u need the courage but also a charisma which I have seen in this new leader. Hopefully he will be a good leader as he managed to express me with some two words I had with him while he was in NYC.

Madhav Nepal was whisked to Royal Palace yesterday instead of releaseing him at Babarmahal. The halla says in Kathamndu that next PM gonna be Madhav Nepal!!

Gagan Thapa might become good leader but most people know him from his college disagree with his leadership role.
If he can do good for this country we should appreciate him. There are many student leaders who can speak good than Gagan thapa but somehow he got highlited. We still have to wait and see his work beside anti-king, anti-moist (?), or anti-girja Vashan!
Anyway good luck for his future!

.Anybody but Girija, Madhav, Deuba, Chand, Surybbahadur and all those bastards who were either PM or minister previously. We need somebody new, who can think about Nepal and Nepali before thinking about himself or his family. Don't know if there are any leaders like that...Taking about Gagan Thapa, looks like lots of people at Sajha approves him. He is yound and educated so he should get a chance.

I think, most of the leaders now in nepalese politics are uneducated. Its now time to give opportunity to young and educated leaders. Not only gagan thapa, I may choose one of u too. Are u ready to go back and do something for our nation???.... best of luck

education the primary need ho.....thats fine! but the person who is leading should be clear inside. there are lot of people educated whichever field you want. so these people are to serve the country but the final decision making will be within the leading man. Not only gagan anybody like the point made by chakrapani can come front and lead it. and should be clear and have the mentality of serving people but not to serve himself alone.

Gagan Thapa as a President of Nepal. I think it is too early. He has not even become the president of NEPAL STUDENT UNION. I think he needs some experience before getting that position. Running a Country at this stage needs both education and experience. There are so many other people in Nepal we can think of. Narhari Acharya, Pradeep Giri etc. These guys have both education and experience.

But running a country at this stage need co ordination and co-operation from everywhere. The person, who can take everyone with him to built a prosperous Nepal, can be the future president (or prime minister) of Nepal. Even he/she should be believed by the foreign Country.
