i mean why is there such fuss and hush over food. i saw another thread on slash momo and another one called "Bhook lagyo". and i saw a thread called teej and fasting and so on.
can someone tell me why nepali ladies are fasting? i thought only Islam fast on their ramadan.
Did something happened in nepal that make the nepali ladies fast?

so what do women do today? fast and what other things?
does men fast too.?

i though dashera was the greatest festival in nepal. where did tease come from? i mean teej? are you teasing me loote?
so someone somewhere in nepal or usa who believe in tease/teej is praying for my longetivity and prosperity. cool.

i will tell my future wife not to teej for me. i think its not good to fast. i don't want my wife to sacrifice for me and deteriote her health.

I liked what you just said bornfree :) I don't believe in fasting either, hahhaha or may be I just can't. Ma ta ekdam khanchua chu. I have to eat constantly. Hats off to all the ladies who did fast though.

And Loote the food does look really yummy, especially the sweets. I don't think it is fair to post pictures of food anymore.
