The Five best inventions in history of mankind Recently I was reading an article which rated the 5 best inventions mankind has made in the course of it's history. The editor's/expert picks were 1. Wheel 2. Printing Press 3. Gunpowder 4. Electricity 5. The Silicon Transistor How many of you agree with this choice. Do you think anything else should be part of the list or something is left out?

I don't quite know which is the best, but on of my favorites is the compass. It made the British the masters of the sea and allowed a tiny island in Europe to dominate the world for a long time.

well that's was the major inventions: now let's check the 5 most major problem of the current world: 5 MAJOR MOST MOST PROBLEMS OF CURRENT WORLD THAT HUMAN FACING: 1. CELL PHONE-( thousands of accident ) 2. Internet- ( identity theft ) 3.credit card- more people are in debt in rich country 4.tell me which are they.. 5. tell which are they.. this was once on abc with 20/20 I cant remember..can you help me on this matter bahadur..

Just for thought guys. Just think about it. You used this at least once a day. Guys used it. Girls used it. You find this almost everywhere from fast food restaurants to gas station to shopping mall. Even CIA and White House has it. Everyhouse has it because without it it isn't a complete house. When we talk about all the things we have in our daily life we seemed to forget about toilet and its sewage system. But guys be appreciative after thinking this for a moment will you. Life without toilet will have never become the same. I don't need we want to see people dropping "the bomb" everywhere..........

First of all, this Title is completely wrong. You can not say the best or Top Five. There is maybe 100 or 1000 best inventions. You can not compare one invention is better than other. Each invention is the most important in its own field.

AznshawtY did you know that when i was in ktm nepal i was so horrified. the problem is that i cannot live without toilet. what i mean is that when i went to movie theatre and public toilets in nepal I almost DIED. the horrific sight and smell almost killed me. i almost threw up...........wahhhhhhh... wahhhhhhhhhhh i did not used the toliet and return home ASAP to use the toilet at my home. Too bad i couldn't watch the movie to end. therefore toilet is the best thing the life has to offer. other things is not important.
